Include these details in your inquiry for a faster, more accurate quote

Flags are custom-made products — the same artwork can vary in price by several times depending on the process used. If you include the following information in your first message, we can usually give you a usable quote in one go and save you the back-and-forth:

• Artwork file:AI / PDF / PSD or other vector/high-res source files are best. Phone photos work too, but they need to be clear enough to show detail.
• Finished size:E.g., 3×5 ft, 4×6 ft, 5×8 ft, or specify in centimeters.
• Preferred process:Appliqué embroidery, computer embroidery, digital heat transfer, or screen printing. If you're not sure, tell us how it'll be used and we'll recommend one.
• Fabric requirements:210D polyester, 420D polyester, nylon — or just let us know if it's for long-term outdoor display or short-term event use.
• Quantity:Current order quantity and estimated reorder volume (reorder volume affects setup and production scheduling).
• Finishing & hardware:Whether you need edge binding, grommets, flag rope, flag clips, pole sleeves, or other hardware.
• Packaging requirements:Whether you need OEM packaging, hang tags, labels, barcodes, or individual poly bags.
• Target lead time and destination:When you need it delivered and the shipping address (this affects our logistics recommendations).

How We Work

• Bulk Custom Orders:Produced to your artwork and specs — ideal for sellers and traders with established SKUs.
• OEM / ODM：Packaging and branding with your logo, shipped directly to your warehouse or platform fulfillment center.
• Sampling & Market Testing:Start with a sample or small batch to test the market, then scale up once it's proven.
• Long-Term Supply:For standard styles, material preparation and stock-up schedules are negotiable to shorten peak-season lead times.

Response Time

On business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Beijing Time), we typically respond the same day. During holidays and peak production periods, responses may be delayed, but generally within 24 hours. For urgent orders, please write "Urgent" and your required delivery date directly in your message, and we will prioritize checking production capacity.

Factory Visits

Our factory is located at No. 7097 You'ai Road, Anshun Community, Beiguan Street, Weicheng District, Weifang City, Shandong Province. We welcome scheduled factory tours, sample reviews, and inspections. Since our workshop schedules production based on orders, please call or message us via WeChat in advance to arrange a time so we can have the relevant production lines running during your visit, giving you a true picture of our manufacturing operations.
